I've been with Otto Insurance since the name change from the Associated Insurance Companies of Newark, and before that. . . Scarrett Insurance in the same building at 1335 Granville Road in Newark.  

I haven't known Robin Bradley for too long, but probably since the time she came aboard the Newark office.  The first thing that I've come to appreciate over the years is the prompt service and prompt communication replies.  I really haven't had to have too much communication with Robin, primarily since we didn't have frequent changes to our policy and I've never in 25 years had to file a claim (knock on wood).  

But recently, my 20 year-old son needed to move to Virginia with the Navy (active duty) and needed a car.  Due to outrageous used car prices, it was worthwhile buying new.  He bought himself a brand new Civic, and mom and dad told him we would pay his car insurance, at least for the next few years.  When Robin returned the quote, I was not happy -  simply because of sticker-shock.  In hindsight, I should've known better, that this quote is simply what a 20 year old with a brand new car costs across the market.  I was a tad snippy with Robin, not because of anything she did but just out of being upset over rising costs everywhere for the American family.

Robin took my response like a champ, and not only was completely professional, but set out on a mission to find my family better rates.  Over the past several weeks, I know that she has spent a lot of time shopping for me and keeping me informed along the way of progress.  Today, she called me with great news of a new policy through Hanover, and saved us significant money.  In a time of inflation and rising costs, this was a relief.
